Do I have to go through Camplify? Can I pay directly?
Our booking process is managed by Camplify, and no direct bookings are taken.
What is the minimum booking period?
Our minimum booking period is 3 days.
How long does handover take?
Handover takes at least half an hour at pick up and drop off, so be prepared for and plan in that amount of time when setting up your pick up and drop off times.
Can I opt for deliver and set up service?
We do not have a deliver and set up service but we do offer a drop off service at specific sites at an extra cost. For more information please contact us.
Are there any age restrictions for hiring?
We have an age restriction of 25 years minimum for hiring AND for driving. Each driver MUST be at least 25 years of age, and licence/photo ID for all potential drivers must be presented for recording purposes on pickup.
